The work I'm proudest of is unglamorous: job queues, server-side entitlements, idempotent webhooks, classifiers that stay honest when volume spikes.

The government news pipeline I shipped is the most-opened source in the app. 47.8% of every article open.

Most of what I build sits between a user tap and a Postgres row. Ship the feature, then find where it breaks under load, bad data, or someone trying to game it. When the engineering holds, it shows up in the business numbers: more opens, more paid conversions, fewer revenue leaks. Same instinct at Superkalam, in side projects, and on hackathon stages.

  • Government news pipeline: Playwright and Crawlee into a 4-stage BullMQ chain, Gemini classifier, deterministic keep/drop table in code. PIB is now the most-opened source in the app (47.8% of opens). Intro CTA reached 2,723 users, 20.65% of actives. False positives to editors cut from roughly 100% to 31%.
  • Subscription and monetization end to end: Prisma schema, NestJS API, React Native paywall. Closed a live entitlement leak where unpaid users saw paid content. Built the Rs 99 starter plan (2,669 purchases) and trigger.dev jobs behind WhatsApp offer campaigns. Strongest campaign day lifted daily paid conversions +92% over a ~186/day baseline. Stop-on-purchase wired into the live Razorpay webhook.
  • Mobile checkout path: Lighthouse 45 to 78, Total Blocking Time down 87% across four production repos. Server-rendered above-the-fold content and payment SDK deferred to click time so fewer users bail before paywall.

AI agent that segments 5,000+ real customer records via RFM scoring and surfaces campaign opportunities through an LLM orchestrator. Behind it: BullMQ workers, Redis-backed 7-day dedup, HMAC-signed webhooks, and row-level isolation per tenant. Ran in production for local retail users; on handoff I cleaned up prod errors myself so they could run it without me. Pandas/NumPy eval harness caught an inverted frequency rank bug before it skewed segments.

Product changelog and public roadmap with feature voting. Peaked at 700+ active users with roughly 40% of demo visitors converting to sign-in. Still live at openlog.tech. Hand-authored Postgres migrations and RLS policies; web-to-CLI auth passes a live Supabase JWT so teams publish from the terminal without storing credentials.

Built for Razorpay AI Buildathon. Bounded AI agent with five investigation tools proposes one recovery action; nine deterministic safety rules in pure functions decide what is allowed. On a 60-case benchmark, plain rules out-recovered the agent: 60% vs 55%. Idempotent execution via DB-level keys, HMAC webhook inbox with event_id dedup, append-only audit log with INSERT-only DB role.
